Comprehensive Consultation

  • Extensive review of your pet's behavioral and medical history

  • 90-120 minutes  visit in your home to observe your pet's behavior, perform physical exam (if safe to do so),  go over management strategies specific for your home, discuss the diagnosis, and treatment plan.

  • Customized written treatment plan send to you and your veterinarian

  • Follow-up for 3 months via email.

 $350. 

*This fee doesn't include medication or equipment. 

Spaniel

Follow-up Consultation

  • Discuss your progress, assist with implementing or fine-tuning parts of the original treatment plan, and/or making adjustments to medication plan. 

  • Includes a written progress summary report emailed to you and your veterinarian

  • Follow-up support for another 3 months via email.

 $200/hour

Model Cat

Foster/rescue
Dog Evaluation

  • Set a rescue dog up for success by placing them in a home where they have the best chance to thrive. 

  • Evaluation includes behavior evaluation,  diagnosis, and risk assessment. 

  • No written treatment plan.

Additional Fees

Travel Fees: 

      There will be a $45 travel fee for any home visit 30-45 minutes from the 53717 zip code.  I will let you know before the consultation if this fee will apply.

Evening Appointments and Weekends:

        $100 additional for appointments scheduled on weekends or after 5pm.  Extremely limited availability.

​

Out of town visitors:

These sessions are typically held in a quiet park in Madison during late spring, summer, and fall.  Due to the limited availability of day rental space that allows animals, these sessions are very limited during the colder months.
